Before creating Chiti Therapies, I spent years in high‑responsibility professional environments. My day to day took place in spaces where decisiveness was expected, emotional regulation was assumed, and there was little room for slowing down or listening inward. From the outside, everything worked. From the inside, something essential wasn’t happening.
Tension accumulated quietly, and I entered the world of daily self‑abandonments: the small moments where the body says no, the mind says carry on, and the nervous system learns to cope. We often settle into stress without realising the hidden cost of living this way.
Over time, that tension followed me everywhere: into my body, my relationships, my home, and my sense of self. I began to realise that many of us are not broken or failing, we are simply holding far more than we were ever meant to carry alone.
Listening Instead of Fixing
My path into energy work, Reiki, Akashic Records, and nervous‑system‑informed practices didn’t begin with a desire to fix anything.
It began with learning how to listen.
Listening to the body when it speaks softly.
Listening to the emotional field beneath words.
Listening to what remains stored long after experiences have passed.
I trained, practised, studied and I began living these principles. Through that process, I discovered what it feels like when the body finally recognises safety: When breathing becomes easy and natural, and when moments of joy begin to appear with surprising regularity.
Why I Do This Work
I do this work because, like so many others I believed in the idea of trying harder to feel better. What I eventually learned is that what we often need most is permission to stop trying.
My role isn’t to push, analyse, or direct your experience. It’s to create a space where your system can remember how to settle, integrate, and rebalance at its own pace.
Whether I’m working with individuals, supporting the energetic field of a home, or holding space through Reiki or Akashic sessions, the intention is always the same:
To meet you where you are.
To honour what your body already knows.
To support a sense of inner peace that isn’t manufactured but remembered.
Where I Am Now
Today, Chiti Therapies exists as an extension of everything I’ve lived, observed, and learned.
It’s gentle.
It’s grounded.
It’s trauma‑informed.
And it’s built on the belief that healing doesn’t require reliving the past, only creating enough safety in the present for the nervous system to reorganise itself.
If you’re here, reading this, perhaps something in you already knows it’s time to let go.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You don’t need to be analysed.
You simply need space and the right conditions to remember who you are beneath the tension.
That’s why I do what I do.
