I bring over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles, including working as a COO in high-responsibility, high-pressure corporate environments. I understand first-hand the demands of leadership, the cumulative impact of stress and burnout, and the particular challenges faced by women balancing decisiveness, care, visibility, and emotional intelligence in the workplace.
Throughout my career, I saw that the most effective and resilient teams were built when different leadership energies were understood and integrated, knowing when to lead with clarity and direction, and when to lead with presence, listening, and connection. This ability to move between these modes became essential during periods of growth, uncertainty, and change.
Seeking a deeper understanding of balance and sustainability — both personally and professionally — I began exploring meditation, energy work, Reiki, sound, vibration, and related practices. Over several years, I trained, practiced, and immersed myself in this field alongside my professional work.
What became clear is that this work is not separate from leadership or performance; it supports them. Working with energy offers a practical way to regulate the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and restore clarity — capacities that are essential in demanding roles and fast-paced lives.
Today, my work brings together strategic experience, emotional intelligence, and energy-based practices to support individuals in reconnecting with themselves, reducing stress, and restoring balance. I work with people who carry a lot — responsibility, expectation, and momentum — and are ready to feel more settled, clear, and supported. My approach is calm, grounded, and deeply respectful of each person’s pace and lived experience.
